The 3D Brushless Electric Sander complements the 3D ACA Alpha Ceramic Alumina Flex Sanding Discs perfectly. This brushless electric sander’s 5mm orbit stroke is ideal for quickly removing orange peel and surface texture. The 6″ backing plate, together with a 3D 6″ Interface Pad and 3D ACA P1500 or P2500 Flex Sanding Discs, will quickly level paint.

The 5mm orbit stroke is ideal for removing orange peel, dirt nibs, and surface texture while also performing flawless finishing sanding.

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Using the spindle wrench, tighten the 6″ backing plate onto the spindle. Avoid overtightening.

Step 2: Connect the dust collection bag to the fitting of the dust extraction line or the vacuum hose.

Step 3: Centre the interface pad on the backing plate precisely.

Step 4: Centre and secure the sanding disc to the interface pad.

Step 5: Lightly press the sanding disc on the surface to be sanded and turn the tool on/off. When the sander is turned on, the LED light will shine green.

The sander can now be used by pressing the paddle lever on the tool body. To change the OPM, use the +/- buttons. Always start the tool with the sanding disc against the to-be-sanded surface. To avoid unintended gouging of the surface, always pull the sander away from the surface before turning it off.

Sanding discs should be cleaned and replaced on a regular basis.
