I cannot recommend Unit 11 enough!! Their customer service is absolutely amazing and they talk you through the service you’re paying for with high detail! Their after care is very good and have answered all my questions regarding what products to use and also how to use them. I took my car there for a full machine polish and Ceramic coating and their quality of work is unmatched with extreme attention to detail, they’ve made the paint on my car look like it’s still wet and the dishes on my wheels like a mirror! Had my Giulia Quadrifoglio ceramic coated just before easter at UNIT 11 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Vienna, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful—she took the time to explain all the options clearly and recommended the best package for my needs without any pressure. They carried out a full paint correction and two-stage polish before applying the ceramic coating, and I also went for the wheels and screens package on top of the paintwork. The results are genuinely impressive—the paint has a deep gloss with mirror-like reflections, and the whole car looks absolutely pristine.
