These terms and conditions relate to the purchasing of goods from our web store only

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from Unit–11/unit eleven ltd, a company incorporated and registered in the United Kingdom. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Fulfilment of Contract

Upon placing an order, users receive an order confirmation email. However, a contract between Unit–11/unit eleven ltd and the user only comes into existence upon the dispatch of the ordered product(s) and receipt of a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£), and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change these prices without prior notice.

We provide two payment methods: through the card payment processor Stripe or flexible payments through Klarna.

4. Stripe Payments

By choosing to pay with Stripe, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s User Agreement, found at Stripe’s Agreement and its Privacy Policy.

5. Klarna Payments

By opting to pay with Klarna, you consent to Klarna’s terms and conditions, which can be found at Klarna’s T&Cs. Please read these terms carefully, as they are separate from ours. Klarna’s finance options are subject to eligibility and may involve fees or interest based on their own policies.

6. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided by you during the checkout process. The risk of loss of the goods passes to you on delivery. All items are subject to availability, and we make no guarantee of product availability at time of purchase.

7. Cancellations and Returns

In accordance with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days from the day after the goods are received. If you choose to cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own cost, in a saleable condition.

8. Data Privacy

By utilising payment options like Stripe and Klarna, you consent to us sharing necessary information, including personal data, to facilitate the transaction as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints and Disputes

We endeavor to respond to complaints within 2 Business Days. Any disputes arising from the T&Cs, sales, or any factor relating to services provided by us, shall be governed by English law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Alterations to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these T&Cs at any time. It is your responsibility to read the T&Cs upon every purchase.
