Looks better than factory
Unit-11 repainted my calipers in a gloss red to match my bodywork, and the result is flawless. The attention to prep and finishing was on another level — no drips, no overspray, just a perfect, even coat. I went for logo decals too and they’ve totally transformed the look of the car. Highly recommend

Sorted my seized calipers and gave them new life
Brought my Audi in after the front calipers had started to seize. Unit-11 stripped, refurbished and rebuilt them with new pistons and seals, then repainted the whole set in Daytona Grey. Braking feels sharper and the finish looks incredible. Top-tier service and brilliant communication throughout.

One of the best finishing touches you can do
his was part of a larger detailing and ceramic coating package I had done at Unit-11. Went with a subtle satin black for the calipers and it’s honestly one of the cleanest upgrades I’ve done. Makes the wheels pop without being over the top. Looks OEM but better.

Painting focuses purely on aesthetics — giving your calipers a fresh, high-temperature colour finish. Refurbishment, on the other hand, is a full mechanical overhaul, involving disassembly, cleaning, replacement of pistons and seals, and optional painting. If your calipers are seized, corroded or underperforming, refurbishment is the best option.
Typically 3 working days, depending on your vehicle and colour choice. We ensure proper prep, paint application and curing for a long-lasting finish. If you’re combining with other services (like a detail or PPF), timing can be adjusted accordingly.

Absolutely. We use automotive-grade, high-temperature caliper paint systems that are resistant to discolouration, brake dust, corrosion and chips. The finish is durable enough for daily driving and spirited performance use.
Yes — our caliper refurbishment service includes full dismantling, shot blasting, internal part replacement (seals, pistons, sliders), and reassembly. We also pressure test calipers to ensure they’re safe and fully operational before reinstalling.
No — we handle all removal, painting/refurbishment, and refitting in-house at our Kent facility. If you’re a trade client or shipping calipers in, we also offer off-vehicle refurbishment options.
Not at all. If we’re only painting, your braking system remains untouched. If we’re refurbishing, we’re enhancing performance by replacing worn components, improving reliability and longevity.
With correct preparation and application, your caliper paint should last several years without peeling or fading. We recommend regular cleaning and avoiding harsh chemicals to maintain the finish.
Definitely. We can custom-match your caliper colour to wheels, bodywork or trim accents. Just let us know what look you’re going for and we’ll advise on the best finish.
Yes — many clients include caliper painting or refurbishment within our Protection or Restoration services. It’s an excellent finishing touch alongside ceramic coatings, wheel refurbishment, or classic rebuilds.
