The Lake Country Heavy Duty Orbital, commonly known as HDO pads, stands out as robust, dual-layer polishing pads meticulously crafted for compatibility with random orbital machine polishers. These pads exhibit diminished lateral or horizontal movement, mitigating friction within the pad. This not only bolsters durability by curbing excessive heat but also minimizes foam fatigue. The tapered edge of HDO pads serves to adeptly polish intricate areas, thereby reducing the likelihood of pad rolling.

CCS Technology

In conventional foam pads, the rapid absorption of polish poses a challenge. This diminishes both polish and pad efficacy as most of the polish becomes trapped beneath the pad’s working surface. CCS Technology™ addresses this prevalent issue through strategic arrangements of partially closed foam cells. Advantages include a gradual polish absorption rate from CCS pockets, allowing for optimal release as required by the operator.
